Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped. We aim to process orders as soon as possible where the product is in stock.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on Face Masks.

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on orders (excluding shipping charges) within 14 business days of purchase. The tax invoice must be produced, the original labelling must be intact, and items must be returned in unworn condition. The 'Return/Exchange Form' must be completed and returned with your garments.

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email us at info@kleedesigns.com.au with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice subject to availability (item name, colour and size). Once we receive these details we will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our factory.

To deliver your preferred choice to you, an $8.50 Postage & Handling charge will be applied once we receive the item you wish to exchange. We will contact you to process your payment, so please ensure K-Lee Designs has your contact details. 

If for some reason we sent the wrong item, we will gladly provide you with a full refund (including shipping) or free exchange for a product of equivalent cost where possible.

K-Lee Designs reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed a manufacturing fault by K-Lee Designs a replacement item will be shipped where possible. This is subject to stock availability otherwise a full refund including postage will be issued.

Please note:

  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
  • All returns must be sent back via registered post.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, K-Lee Designs will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post.
  • Original or a copy of the receipt of order must be provided.
  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of original order.
  • Items have to be returned unworn, with original tags intact.
  • We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange your purchase for will be available.
  • K-Lee Designs will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery of exchange items.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited where a refund is issued.
  • We do not accept returns on personalised/customised garments unless manufacturing fault can be confirmed.
  • Due to health regulations we are unable to accept return of hair accessories, hosiery and undergarments unless manufacturing fault can be confirmed.
  • Due to health regulations we are unable to accept return of Face Masks.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be given on clearance items for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • Refunds excludes shipping cost unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed or the wrong item was shipped.
