Shipping & Handling

Update

Australia Post is currently experiencing delays due to increased demand for their services across all states. Please allow an extra few days for your order to arrive. Thank-you for your understanding, and we apologise for any inconveniences.

We would like to make your online shopping experience with us as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. If you have any questions in regard to the ordering process or a purchase you have made, please feel free to contact us here and we will do our best to assist you with your enquiries.

Handling

Click and Collect orders made before 10am Mon-Thurs will be available for collection same day. Click and Collect orders made after this time will be available for collection next business day. Orders requiring shipping will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from date of order.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number. In the unlikely case that an item you have purchased is sold out we will contact you, so you can choose an alternative item or request a refund. Orders with garments that are personalised with customisations will accumulate an additional 1-2 business days of handling for the customisation process. 

Please note that payment verification is required prior to us shipping your order. Depending on your payment method this may add a small delay to your shipping time. 

Domestic Shipping

The postage fee is $8.50 AUD for standard parcel post and $15 AUD for express post.

We use Australia Post to deliver to all residential, parcel locker and PO BOX shipping addresses. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. To guarantee delivery we recommend that you send your parcel to your place of work, PO BOX or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it. In the event an inaccurate shipping address is provided to us and not corrected before dispatch, a postage fee of $8.50 AUD will be charged to reship the order via standard post.

Delivery estimates

Please bear in mind that the following information are estimates on transit time only and subject to change. Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive in:

Express postage to QLD - within 1 to 2 Australia Post business days

Standard postage to QLD - within 2 to 5 Australia Post business days

Express postage to other states - within 2 to 3 Australia Post business days

Standard postage to other states - within 4 to 7 Australia Post business days

Shipping Issues

Please resolve re-deliveries, re-directions, delays, and missing parcel enquiries within your individual tracking page. You can also create an account with Australia Post, enter your tracking number, and manage it from there. For urgent Australia Post enquiries, please contact Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678). In the unlikely event that Australia Post confirms your parcel was lost in transit, K-Lee Designs must be contacted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia, we apologise for any inconvenience.
